(upon receiving a spider ring from daycare)
John: Now that I have a ring, I can marry somebody and get a baby brother or sister.
Mom: Oh...Wait, what? Who told you that?
John: You telled me. When people have a ring and they marry theyselves, then they can get babies.
(I do not remember telling him this...)
